TONDM have prepared a master plan for a picturesque 20 Ha rural site on the Wingecaribee River near Bowral. This master plan comprises a large aged care facility, as well as a community leisure centre, and Environmental Conservation Botanical Gardens complex. The gardens will include different native habitats.
