This project for Demian Developments incorporates some 3000 units on the former James Hardie industrial site on the Parramatta River next to Rose Hill Racecourse. TOP have been involved in the successful rezoning of this site for 10 years. The final master plan is now on exhibition and is due for commencement in 2017.
