The Kellyville project is a significant site next to the metro station and it forms part of a TOD precinct. TOP lodged an SSDA for 750 units. It consists of 6 buildings up to 29 floors around a central green space. and it has now been approved as an HDA site and is being lodged with increased height and floor space.
